Iguanas baths come in a range of styles, from the most basic and cheap use of a plastic icecream tub or a dog bowl for your igauna
to bathe in. These will do a perfectly good job, but there are two major downsides to my eyes.
The first of these is that you can only get these so big, and a big iguana may need a bath much bigger than you can find a dog bowl.
The other drawback is that if, like you me, you like to try and put together "natural-looking" iguana tanks to resemble a rainforest, then few rainforests
tend to have dog bowls scattered around them.
My point is that they do not look very aesthetically pleasing!
Fortunately there are a range of other options.
You might try, for example, one of the plastic iguanas baths which are made to resemble rocks, and whilst in my opinion the likeness isn't great
they are cheap, lightweight, easy to wash, and more realistic than a dog bowl.
Better though, and what I tend to use, is cast baths which really do look and feel like rock, though they are heavier and more expensive.
